We aim to provide perfect au pair service that delivers a successful placement every time. We make it easy for you by keeping our procedures straightforward, while we work swiftly and effectively to match your needs and find you your perfect au pair.

REGISTER WITH US

You can register with Midland Au Pairs by phone or via our online registration form. When you call us by phone we will take your details and discuss your individual requirements. If you prefer to complete the online registration form you may do so, and we will contact you to run through your details and discuss your specific needs.

AU PAIR SEARCH AND SELECTION

As soon as we have your registration details we begin the task of matching your requirements with our au pairs. We then select a number of au pairs whom we believe best meet your individual needs. We will only introduce you to au pairs who have registered with us and successfully undergone our checking and verification procedures. Au Pair details will be sent to you via e-mail or post, and we always follow this up with a phone call to discuss. Following this initial selection service we will work with you until you are happy that we have found your perfect au pair.

INTERVIEW AND INVITATION

Once we have identified an au pair that looks just right, we recommend a telephone interview between the family and au pair. We can provide advice and guidance on this interview, or if you prefer one of our au pair agency staff can conduct the telephone interview for you, in which case we will discuss specific questions you wish us to raise. Following the interview we will send you a detailed report.

Finally, once you have selected your aupair, we will take care of the invitation and travel arrangements.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Our au pair service does not stop once your au pair has arrived. We remain in contact with both the family and au pair to ensure that the aupair settles in well and that everyone remains happy throughout the placement.
